Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Label Loft! We take pride in ensuring your order is packaged carefully and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on how we process and ship your orders.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the UK only using Royal Mail.

Free Delivery Orders over £40 FREE
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Local Collection
We offer free local collection for customers who prefer to pick up their orders. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Delays or Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Thelabelloft1@outlook.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
The Label Loft is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email Thelabelloft1@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damaged items.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand this option soon.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Label Loft! We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Thelabelloft1@outlook.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) once verified.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
